My bracelet worked fine for the first couple weeks of having it. Then it stopped receiving vibrations. I can see the ones sent to me in the app, I can replay them, but I do not receive them initially.I reached out to Bond Touch and was told that it was a setting. After sending screen shots, they tell me it’s their app itself that isn’t working for IOS users. Instead of offering to replace the broken bracelet or any way to fix the issue I was basically told “oh well, it doesn’t work because of us and we are not going to do anything to fix it.”I’m out $120 now and stuck with a broken unusable bracelet.This won’t be my only bad review, I will make sure this is posted everywhere so people can see the disgusting level of customer service.I do not recommend this product or it’s app.

They are really over priced for what they are. Sometimes our taps don't go through to the other person. They are essentially like your own morse code. Often I'll tap a saved touch language and it won't recognise it. Also you can see touches so sometimes I see me and my partner tap different but it shows the same message in the app.
When I found out About bond touch I fell in love. The website was neatly done enough so you never get lost and can easily order product of your choice. Though I had trouble paying with my VISA card, I used MASTERCARD and from tht point everything went smoothly I got my product delivered to my door in exactly 3 bussiness days Which was perfect.
All in all…fully recommend.
The bracelets came in cute little boxes and everything seems to be in perfect condition! However, although the shipping said 2-4 days, it took 5. I am still giving five stars because I know this is not Bond Touch Company’s fault nor is the late arrival. This is most likely due to less workers in the shipment industry, so I am satisfied.
Ordered a set of bracelets on the 18th of July. I didn’t get the order confirmation email, so I emailed them and got a response the same/the next day. Customer service was great, they really helped me and answered all of my questions! Turns out the payment was held back by PayPal for 10 days for a e-check, so the problem was on PayPal’s side and not on theirs. Got my order confirmation email on the 29th (Friday) and my order was shipped the next Monday! It arrived that same Wednesday, so very fast!

I ordered the regular bond touches, one all black and one black and silver and they came perfectly, no damages and can't wait to use them. I bought the BTM in hopes of getting it earlier and when it originally said it ship. However it’s been constant back and forth with moving the shipping dates. And not only that we will be getting it the same time others will be getting theirs. What’s the whole point of pre ordering this? There’s no compensation.
