Is Page owner same as admin on Facebook?

Plus, the admins are the people who can manage page roles and settings. In other words, they are the ones who can change the Page owner.

Scroll until you see “Page Roles” on the left-hand side. Once you click “Page Roles,” either the Business Manager or the individual person who owns your Page will be visible. If a Business Manager owns the Page, you will see a “Page Owner.” The name and ID of the Business Manager who owns the Page will appear.

Tap in the top right of Facebook, then scroll down to Groups, tap Groups at the top and select your group. Tap More at the top of the group and select View Group Info. Tap Members. Tap next to the name of the member you want to remove a role from, then tap Remove as Admin or Remove as Moderator.
