Emotes are a popular way of expressing yourself while you play online games, as shown in games like League of Legends and Dark Souls. They are great when you’re having a good time with other players and just want to animate your character a little. It is also possible to use emotes in Roblox, and these can cover a lot of movements, such as dancing, laughing, cheering, and pointing, but the main one we’ll be focusing on today will be dancing.

So, something to note when you want to know how to dance on Roblox is that your chat is usually disabled when you just start playing, so you need to bypass this. Aside from the chat, it is incredibly easy to use emotes, as it only takes one command input to do. Some servers have custom commands you can use to fit their theme, and this is usually only reserved for the most popular games.

We hope that you enjoy dancing and cheering as much as we do while playing, so if you found this article useful, consider checking out our other code articles, such as Warframe promo codes, World of Warships codes, and Wargaming World of Tanks codes.

While playing or building your own world in Roblox, you might want to make your character dance either for fun or as a way to communicate with other players. Regardless of the reason, dancing can provide your character with a more realistic feel. Hence, we are here with this guide on how to dance in Roblox.

You can dance in Roblox by opening the chat by pressing the “/” and entering “/e dance” command. Dancing is an emote command that you can use in the game. There are three default dance emotes available in the game, which are:

  1. “/e dance”
  2. “/e dance2”
  3. “/e dance3”

If you are playing on a custom server, there may be more alterations available. You can contact the admin to get the emote commands. Similar to dancing, there are other emote commands available in Roblox. Here’s the list of all the other emote commands.

  1. Wave: “/e wave”
  2. Point: “/e point”
  3. Cheer: “/e cheer”
  4. Laugh: “/e laugh”

The only thing you need to ensure to make your character dance or use any other emote command is that the chat should be enabled. If the chat is disabled, you cannot use emotes. Also, remember using the “/e” before every emote command. If the chat command is disabled, you can enable it by:

  1. Signing in to the Roblox website
    Heading to the settings
  2. Selecting “Everyone” from the dropdown in the “Who can chat with me?” option
