Beberapa postingan saya beberapa bulan ini, selalu mencoba untuk melakukan analisis statistik dengan microsoft excel. seperti kita ketahui microsoft excel bukan software yang khusus untuk analisis statistik. Tapi microsoft excel sebenarnya punya alat analisis statistik tapi untuk yang sederhana berbeda dengan SPSS, SAS, maupun stata yang dalam analisis statistik lebih lengkap. alat buat analisis dalam excel tidak muncul secara default sehingga kita harus mengaktifkannya terlebih dahulu. Kali ini sayang menggunakan microsoft excel 2013 mudah-mudahan versi lainnya sama saja ya.

Langkah-langkah dalam mengaktifkan add-ins analysis toolpak:

1. Tentu saja buka dulu aplikasi excel terlebih dahulu,hehehehe
2. Pilih File, kemudian pilih options. Setelah itu maka akan muncul tampilan seperti berikut
   
3. Pada gambar di atas pada bagian vertikal pilih add ins, kemudian klik aja analysis toolpak dan terakhir pilih Go seperti pada petunjuk gambar di atas kemudia akan muncul jendela seperti berikut.
   

4. Pada jendela tersebut silahkan pilih analysis toolpak, kalau ada yang mau mengaktifkan toolpak lain boleh-boleh saja. mungkin aja baru ketemu disini caranya.
5. Langkah-langkah tersebut sudah cukup, tapi untuk membuktikan lihat pada bagian Data, maka akan muncul bagian baru yaitu tab Data Analysis seperti dibawah ini.
   

6. Jika sudah artinya sudah berhasil. Selamat gan.

Cara mengaktifkan Add-Ins Analysis Toolpak di Excel 2007

Analysis Toolpak merupakan sebuah add-ins ysng tersedia di microsoft excel 2007. Dalam Analysis Toolpak terdapat beberapa fasilitas untuk menganalisis data seperti Anova : Single Factor, Anova : Two Factor With Replication, Anova : Two Factor Withot Replication, Correlation, Covariance, Descriptive Statistics, Exponential Smoothing, F-Test Two-Sample for Variances, Fourier Analysis, Histogram, Moving Average, Random Number Generation, Rank and Percentile, Regression,Sampling,t-Test : Paired Two Sample for Means, t-Test : Two Sample Asumming Equal Variances, t-Test : Two Sample Asumming Unequal Variances

Untuk mengaktifkan Add-Ins Analysis Toolpak di Excel 2007
1. Klik tombol Office
Pilih Excel Options

2.Pada window Excel Options pilih Add Ins
Pada bagian Manage pilih Excel Add Ins , kemudian klik Go

3.Akan muncul kotak dialog Add-Ins
Centang Analysis ToolPak
Klik OK

4. Jika muncul pesan "Microsoft Office Excel can't run tthis add in, This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?"
Klik Yes

5. Akan muncul window Configuration Progress berikut
Tunggu hingga proses instal add-ins selesai

6. Jika berhasil menginstal Add-in terebut, maka di exel akan muncul ribbon menu baru, yaitu Data Analysis

7. Tampilan fitur yang terdapat dalam Data Analysis bisa dilihat di bawah ini

U.C.-Davis lab computers currently have Microsoft Excel 2003 and 2007 on PC's and Excel 2008 on Macintoshes.

You can use either PC or Macintosh.
Any version of Excel from Excel 97 on is fine.
I will use PC (Windows) and Excel 2007, as will the class labs will use PC.

Statistical analysis such as descriptive statistics and regression requires the Excel Data Analysis add-in.
The default configuration of Excel does not automatically support descriptive statistics and regression analysis.
You may need to add these to your computer (a once-only operation).

Excel 2007: The Data Analysis add-in should appear at right-end of Data menu as Data Analysis.
If not then

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Excel Options.
2. Click Add-Ins, and then in the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins.
3. Click Go.
4. In the Add-Ins available box, select the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK.
   Tip  If Analysis ToolPak is not listed in the Add-Ins available box, click Browse to locate it.
   If you get prompted that the Analysis ToolPak is not currently installed on your computer, click Yes to install it.
5. After you load the Analysis ToolPak, the Data Analysis command is available in the Analysis group on the Data tab.
6. If you have trouble see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HP100215691033.aspx:

Excel 2003: The Data Analysis add-in should appear in the Toools menu.
If not then

1. On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
2. In the Add-Ins available box, select the check box next to Analysis Toolpak, and then click OK.
   Tip   If Analysis Toolpak is not listed, click Browse to locate it.
3. If you see a message that tells you the Analysis Toolpak is not currently installed on your computer, click Yes to install it.
4. Click Tools on the menu bar. When you load the Analysis Toolpak, the Data Analysis command is added to the Tools menu.
