Honestly, that mud pie scene was disgusting! Because of that scene, I decided to stop reading this book for a while.... I forgot about this book, actually. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also, the writing style sound extremely childish. Throughout the story, the three-year-old has a way of speaking to help show the audience that she is a toddler; for example, she would say “Wed Wobin” instead of “Red Robin.” With that in mind, the only character that doesn’t feel like a toddler is the minion of the antagonist because Kiran? is a disgusting pig that deserves to rot in the deepest parts of the Underworld. Also, he felt like Todoroki Shoto from MHA, so I loved him! He was so earnest and excited to make a good impression on his family and the townsfolk that I wanted to just pinch his cheeks and call him a good boy because he was such a sweetheart! Side note: I just finished reading this and I have already forgotten everyone’s name except Kiran because he is/was/always-will-be a pig! (Now watch his name not be “Kiran.”) ...more |
