Where can i watch what men want

If the language was toned down, and the obvious anti-men/almost-all-men-are-pigs theme that degrades half the demographic were removed, and the sex scenes were rewritten (we don't need condom jokes to understand the nature of the characters) this could have been a really cute Valentine's Day movie about trust, love and understanding.

Even though the movie shows some consequences for some actions, the characters are, for the most part, unbelievable in how they react and change to these events. The movie can't decide if it's a bad, sexist rant, a Wolf-Of-Wallstreet dialogue wannabe, a romantic comedy or a hallmark.

It doesn’t make any sense to remake a Nancy Meyers film without Nancy Meyers, but that’s what director Adam Shankman (Step Up, The Wedding Planner) decided to do, I guess. What Men Want is the gender-flipped remake of 2000’s What Women Want, featuring comic genius Taraji P. Henson in the lead as Ali Davis, a sports agent continually sidelined by her male coworkers.

Watch for "Free" with Prime

So as the headline says, this is free with Prime. I wanted to see this when I saw the trailer, and well, I have now. While the idea isn't exactly new, as the mind-reading trope has been done countless times in sit-coms, cartoons, and so forth, it doesn't mean its boring. Between the Dirty jokes, and the "WTF" moments, like umm, the fellow on the Elevator, which prevent me from ever giving this a 5 star. Hey, it might make me laugh, cause well, I love that stupid over the top humor, I'm sure its gonna detract for a lot of others. Back to what I was saying though, there is some truly touching and poignant moments in here as well. The character "Will" was a definite highlight, including his son and of course our lead's Assistant. The other 'lead' as the cover would suggest, however, "Joe Dolla" kinda grated on my nerves. His character was definitely a plot driver at times, but otherwise I would of preferred he had less lines, cause the smoothie rant wasn't funny....

All in all, its not a perfect movie, definitely not for minors, especially ones who haven't had the birds and the bees talk, but its solid enough, that if you aren't laughing at some of the more gratuitous kinda tryhard jokes, you'll likely smile at the more heartfelt ones, especially anything involving little "Ben"
